We went to the studio in Horam and Claudine made us (& most importantly Jack) feel very comfortable and happy with his surroundings. Claudine was fantastic with Jack and spent a little while just giving him a cuddle and making him laugh before we even started, there was no rush at all to the process. We were so looking forward to seeing the photographs as we were pretty sure they would be great and they did not disappoint - they really are stunning and we are struggling to choose our favourites out of the 119 photos we received. As you may remember we were a little concerned about the intrusiveness a professional photographer might bring to the proceedings, however, within minutes of your arrival it became apparent that our concerns were unfounded. You took some wonderful pictures of the bridesmaids and myself getting ready that look so natural and unposed, exactly the look we were after. Even the "posed" family group shots after the ceremony came out really well. It is lovely to have the photos on DVD so that we can view them as a slide show but also share them with our friends and family around the world. The studio was ideal with plenty of entertainment to encourage some really natural shots and Claudine herself was brilliantly funny and warm with the children to make them feel at ease and was really patient with my 2 year old who simply did not want to play ball to start with. She knew exactly what to do to encourage him and was fully prepared to take the time required until we got the shots that I needed. I had the photo's taken for Christmas presents for Grandparents and family and its the first time I have had professional shots taken and am so glad I did. My 2 and half year old can be very shy around new people, so I was unsure how the photo shoot would go. However, Claudine was very good with him and didn't rush straight into taking photo's. As soon as we entered the warm bright studio there was a sense of calmness which the children picked up on instantly. Claudine certainly knows her stuff with not only her photography but with how to work with children. Just by being herself she relaxed the children and the outcome of this was some truely amazing shots, some being posed and some being natural (my faves!!). The photography is so beautiful with different colours and angles plus the quality of the prints are stunning.
